Admission Procedure

Application forms for admission along with a copy of Prospectus shall be available at the College Office immediately after the announcement of the HSSLC Examination Results of the Meghalaya Board of School Education and others recognised Board.

  • Admission to 1st Semester of three years Degree shall be selected in order of merit. List of selected candidates will be displayed in the Notice Board of the College.
  • Selected candidates should pay the fees within the stipulated time given. Failure to pay the admission fees before the date and time specified, the seats of such selected candidates would stand forfeited.

ELIGIBILITY

Passed H.S.S.L.C/ XII Std or equivalent examination from recognized Board.

APPLICATION FORM

Prospectus and application may be obtained from the college office on notified working days.

Application form, complete in all respects along with relevant documents.

Last Date for Submission: To be notified

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

The application should be submitted within the fixed date, together with the following: –

  1. Self-Attested copies of the SSLC mark sheet, Admit Card & Registration Card.
  2. Self-Attested copies of the HSSLC mark sheet, Admit Card, Registration Card. The original mark sheets should be available for verification at the time of submission of the application form.
  3. Character /conduct certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
  4. Three passport size photographs (one to be affixed overleaf)
  5. Attested transfer certificate/leaving certificate of last institutional attended.
  6. Original Transfer Certificate
  7. Student from other Board than those of Meghalaya must produce his/her Migration certificate within a month of admission.
  8. Incomplete application will not be considered.
