Admission Procedure & Guidelines

Application forms along with the College Prospectus will be available online and at the College Office immediately after the declaration of HSSLC Examination Results by the Meghalaya Board of School Education and other recognized boards.
The Prospectus and Application Form can be obtained from the College Office on notified working days.

Admission to the 1st Semester of the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUP) under NEP 2020 will be strictly based on merit.
The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the College Notice Board/Online.
Selected candidates must complete the admission process, including payment of fees, within the deadline. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the allotted seat.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed the HSSLC (Class XII) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.

Applicants must submit a duly filled application form along with the required documents within the given deadline.

Applicants must submit the completed form along with the following documents:

Self-attested copies of:
- SSLC Mark Sheet, Admit Card & Registration Card
- HSSLC Mark Sheet, Admit Card & Registration Card
  (Original mark sheets must be presented for verification at the time of submission.)
Character/Conduct Certificate from the Head of the last attended institution.
Three recent passport-size photographs (one affixed on the application form).
Attested Transfer Certificate/Leaving Certificate from the last institution attended.
Original Transfer Certificate (to be submitted during confirmation of admission).
Migration Certificate (for students from boards other than Meghalaya) must be submitted within one month of admission.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
