The college undertakes various programs for slow learners to stop dropout rate through remedial classes. For slow learners’ Remedial courses, Coaching classes and Students counselling program are initiated to difficult topics from the curriculum. The basic concepts are repeated and discussed so that they can get good command over them. It helps in their comprehension of overall curriculum. To avoid the dropout rate, back log paper etc, the College authority initiated a Remedial class to help students overcome obstacles.
Objectives:
The College authority provides Remedial Coaching to the Undergraduate students with the objective:
- To improve the academic skills and linguistic proficiency in various subjects.
- To raise the level of comprehension of basic subjects to provide stronger foundation for further academic work.
- To strengthen the knowledge, skill and attitudes in subject.
- To provide career guidance and psychological counselling for capacity building to those who are in need of such counselling.
The Remedial Classes is conducted by the concern department and also invite Guest Lecture from prominent/eminence lecturers.
