About Department:
The Department of Philosophy was established in the year 2016. Under the care of Shri. Shemphang Tynsong, the department started teaching the General Course in Philosophy. In 2017, the Department introduced the Honours course for degree students.
In 2019, Smt. Bashisha Khongtani was appointed as an Asst. Professor in the college, and additional faculty members joined the department subsequently.
