DEPARTMENT: EDUCATION
The Department of Education was established in 2009, with an Honours program introduced in 2015. In its early years, the department was supported by part-time faculty members who worked collaboratively to guide and assist students.
Smt. Q. Lyngdoh joined as a part-time faculty member in 2009 and played a crucial role in the department’s growth and development. In 2012, Smt. Lumlut Iawim also joined as a part-time teacher and has since become a permanent faculty member, further strengthening the department’s academic foundation.
